All the below described terms and conditions shall apply to the sale and purchase of products through website and application. In these, “you” is the customer and “We” is the TOUIBA jewels. With every active interaction, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions.

Use of website

·         Only registered users can get complete access to the website including the purchasing.
·         Upon registration, you can opt-out to not receive any notifications or newsletters from us.
·         You are independently responsible for the user information credentials security and access.
·         All submitted personal information shall be gathered, used and governed by us.
·         We reserve the complete right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice
·         We announce no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

Products

·       All of our products are custom made.

·       The listed products or designs on the website may change from time to time and continuity in the supply of each product cannot be assured.

Order process and Delivery

·       The contract will become valid when we start processing the order upon sending the purchase confirmation

·       We may deny or cancel the order if any sort of eligibility criteria is found or any inaccuracy in obtaining payment authorization

·       We ensure a guaranteed and safe dispatch of products. Product delivery on UAE orders will be done within 3-5 working days and GCC orders within 7-10 working days.

Canceling the order

·       Withdrawal or cancellation of orders is at the sole discretion of TOUIBA.

·       We may cancel the orders upon breach of contract or failure to pay on time.

·       You can cancel the order upon submitting your reason. If the stated reason for the withdrawal seems genuine for us, order cancellation shall get processed.

Prices and Payment policy

·       We have priced all of our products inclusive of charges and delivery charges inside the UAE. Delivery to GCC countries shall be charged upon the FedEx charge to various destinations.

·       We accept payments through bank transfers, Credit/Debit cards and also provide Cash on delivery. Any failure to pay the due amount in time may lead to withholding the product ordered.
