RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE
Returns and Refund
- All TOUIBA Jewels pieces are custom-made respective to order. Hence, we don’t offer returns or refunds. However, we accept the exchange of products only if the delivered item fails to meet the specifications made in the purchase order. In this case, customers are requested to contact support@touiba.com to proceed further.
- All items should be in the unused and same condition during the delivery of the product. All eligible returns should enclose original receipt or proof of purchase
Taxes and Duties
- The customer is responsible for any tax and duties on all orders that have to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the country of delivery and we are unable to pre-calculate these in prior.
- Touiba jewels do not undertake the responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
Exchange
- Once the exchange request is placed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then exchange shall be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your new credit in the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late exchange
- Our exchange policy expires in one month from the date of purchase.
- If you’ve done all the necessary steps to request an exchange and you still have not received your exchange approval, please contact us directly.
Shipping
- To return your product for exchange, you should deliver the product to us.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- The exchanged product will reach you through opted courier.
